🧬 Magnify. I found an old video of some DNA sequencing software I designed and built a few years ago. The demo in this video was fully functional, reading real DNA samples of of real meta-genomes produced by a real DNA sequencer.

That was a really fun project. I also wrote and open-sourced a library to collect classification information of any matching bacteria, it's still on my GitHub. I'm not sure if it still works.

I would scan a sample and watch in awe as the images of life flashed past. For hours! It’s like nothing else. What did Dawkins say, something about looking into god’s sketchbook.
